Job Description

Provide technical support to customers via phone and remote access.

Diagnose and troubleshoot software issues and provide accurate solutions

Installation and configuration of Adobe professional software applications.

Research customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions

Document cases, recommendations, and resolutions clearly in the CRM system and take ownership of cases escalated from less senior engineers.

Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner

Monitor customer feedback and provide recommendations for improvement

Follow Quality Assurance & compliance guidelines.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Bachelor’s degree in any field

Minimum 06 months of experience in Technical Support / International Customer Support

Freshers with excellent communication skills and sound technical knowledge

Applicant should be comfortable with night shifts and WFO

REQUIRED SKILLS

Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)

Knowledge of basic computer applications and programs

Knowledge of customer service principles and practices

Excellent customer service skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
