Job Description

As a Technical Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers by troubleshooting technical issues, resolving inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat regarding technical issues.

Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software problems.

Provide step-by-step guidance to customers to resolve technical issues.

Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of issues and resolutions.

Collaborate with the development and engineering teams to escalate unresolved issues.

Educate customers on product features and best practices.

Conduct follow-up calls or emails to ensure issue resolution and customer satisfaction.

Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.

Participate in training sessions and contribute to knowledge base articles.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Proven experience in technical support or a related field.

Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and software applications.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Customer-oriented attitude with a passion for helping others.
