Job Description

1. Engineer is expected to have basic knowledge and hands-on experience in installation of electronics devices like LED, Refrigerator, Dish Washer, Air conditioner etc

2. Installation of Electronics equipment like LED, Refrigerator, Dish Washer, Air conditioner etc

3. Demonstrate the feature and functionalities of the electronics equipment

4. Coordinating with the internal team, Brand team and ensure successful installation and happy customer

5. Perform Quality check before installation and report the same in case of any issue

6. We have a range of more than 10 different products and basic knowledge of the product is essential for installing the same

7. Maintenance of the call records and customer feedbacks. (we have a system currently and incentive varies based on customer feedback)

8. You will need to visit the client, inspect the product and complete the installation.
