Job Description:

Technical Leadership: Oversee the technical services team, providing direction & support for product development, customer inquiries and troubleshooting of technical issues related to ion exchange resins and associated applications.

Product Development: Lead the development of new products & formulations, ensuring alignment with market needs and regulatory requirements.

Client Support: Serve as the primary technical contact for key clients. Address technical inquiries, provide training and develop customized solutions to meet specific customer requirements.

Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs and competitive landscape. Use insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.

Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing and production teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment on product launches, customer feedback and market demands.

Quality Assurance: Implement and oversee quality control processes to ensure that all products meet industry standards and customer expectations.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all products comply with relevant environmental, health and safety regulations. Keep abreast of changes in regulations that could impact product offerings.

Team Management & Development: Mentor and develop technical staff, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement within the team.
