Designation- Tele Account Manager

Experience- yr in IT/Cloud/ Technical/ Software Sales (mandatory)

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Handling Partner and customers for Adobe/Microsoft/Symantec renewals Program.

· Pitch Adobe/Microsoft/Symantec renewals Value proposition to customer and partner with benefits & tech support available.

· Get arrange the quotations from partners to customer.

· Follow up with Customers and Partner on Lead status till sales fulfillment.

· Reporting : DAR, Profiling & Funnel

· Update Program Manager on previous day's effort, target vs. achievement.

Number of working days - 5 Days in a week ( Monday - Friday)

Qualification: Any Graduate and Expert in Indonesian Language (mandatory)

Job location: work from home till lockdown. After lockdown work location would be Noida (INDIA)
