Responsibilities

 Prospecting, generating, qualifying, processing, and following up on leads and

appointment setting for external sales team

 Collaboratively work with the sales, marketing team and Indecomm leadership to

develop lead generation strategies to generate lead opportunities with prospective

customers

 Initiate lead/demand generation strategies that include outbound sales

 Participate and learn new business pitches with sales team and subject matter experts

 Effectively communicate and present the Indecomm SaaS solutions and value

proposition to prospects

 Track weekly/monthly sales lead gen activity reports

 Develop and maintaining strong lead pipelines

 Working collaboratively in a team environment and independently

 Achieve sales lead gen and appointment quotas

 Staying educated on the new mortgage regulations, our product changes (features),

innovations, and trends.

 Ability to mine, build, maintain and update calling/e-mailing databases in a CRM/Excel.
