Responsibilities
Prospecting, generating, qualifying, processing, and following up on leads and
appointment setting for external sales team
Collaboratively work with the sales, marketing team and Indecomm leadership to
develop lead generation strategies to generate lead opportunities with prospective
customers
Initiate lead/demand generation strategies that include outbound sales
Participate and learn new business pitches with sales team and subject matter experts
Effectively communicate and present the Indecomm SaaS solutions and value
proposition to prospects
Track weekly/monthly sales lead gen activity reports
Develop and maintaining strong lead pipelines
Working collaboratively in a team environment and independently
Achieve sales lead gen and appointment quotas
Staying educated on the new mortgage regulations, our product changes (features),
innovations, and trends.
Ability to mine, build, maintain and update calling/e-mailing databases in a CRM/Excel.
