Candidate must have minimum 6 Months of Experience with Technical support Profile(should have knowledge of Email, Printer, Mac and Windows Computer, internet , router etc.)

Able to Fix Email issues like configuration & Set up of email in Phone as well as other devices.

Must have experience of Email/Mac/ Windows/ Router/ Antivirus/ Printer Etc.

Must be comfortable with Night Shift.

Responsible for effectively handling customer queries.

Excellent customer service/sales skills.

Basic technical knowledge of OS like Windows and Mac.

Fresher Candidate with good communication may also apply

Excellent communication skills is must.
