Job Description:
The HVAC Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling HVAC systems, components, and services to potential customers. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HVAC products, strong sales skills, and the ability to build long-lasting customer relationships. This role requires the ability to identify customer needs, present tailored solutions, and close sales while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Meet with customers to understand their HVAC needs, offering solutions that fit their requirements and budget.
Present, promote, and sell HVAC systems, components, and services effectively.
Provide product demonstrations and explain the features, benefits, and technical aspects of HVAC products.
Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and contracts to clients.
Negotiate pricing and terms with customers to close sales.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients for repeat business and referrals.
Collaborate with the technical team to ensure accurate system specifications and installation.
Track sales activities, manage customer information, and update CRM systems regularly.
Achieve sales targets and performance metrics as set by management.
Preferred Qualifications:
ITI/Diploma in Air-conditioning, Diploma mechanical Engineer, Diploma Electrical Electronic Engineer
