Job Description

Urgent opening for Technical Sales Executive in Building Material Industry @ Chandigarh Tricity.

Experience -0 1 to 5 Years in Building Material Sales

Salary - 25,000 to 35,000 per month

Qualification: Bachelors degree in any Science (./ .), and MBA in Marketing.

Job Description:

Monitor post-sales customer/architect/site works as per the project management plan and timely update site status

information to PMD.

Timely communication with the customers to apprise them about project status.

Schedule preliminary site visit(s) upon closure of order as per PMP and take preliminary site measurements for

procurement.

Coordinate with the customer site supervisor for window opening readiness as per approved section drawings and

samples.

Coordinate with architects and PMC office for relevant approvals (including color, surface finish, etc.)

Schedule measurements in coordination with the ISD team.

Coordinate shop drawings preparation by PRD and approval from the customer.

Coordinate revised estimate preparation by FAD and approval the rom customer.

Pursue payments as per the order confirmation details in coordination with MSD.

Coordinate installation works with ISD and communicates site status to customers.

Schedule QC check and handover in coordination with ISD and MSD.

Seek Customer Satisfaction Survey feedback from customers.

Payment Collection.

Training own team members and delegation of own tasks to ensure successorship and individual (if, required),

Adherence to organizational policies and procedures.

Required Skill Sets:

Excellence in MS Office, MS Excel, and marketing and sales software,

Must have knowledge of reading and interpreting CAD drawings and plans,

Must be analytical and good in mathematics.

NonTechnical Skill Sets:

Effective communication and interpersonal skills,

Must know the art of selling,

Must be disciplined, well-dressed, and presentable,

Reports to Deputy Manager, Marketing and Sales,
