Sales Manager Job Description
Spareage operates in India since 1959. We work in 53 countries and have 850 people with us.
We look for strong and ambitious salespeople who love sales and can think like engineers.
Sale manager roles & responsibilities:
o Generating new leads and identifying potential customers.
o Visit customers
o Executing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
o Building and maintaining strong relationship with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
o Analyzing market trends and competitors activity to identify new business opportunities.
o Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
What we are looking for
o Technical Knowledge
Candidates who have a background or interest in engineering, technology or related fields. You should be able to understand the technical details of our products or services and sell clearly to the potential customers.
o Sales skills
Candidates who have proven track record of sales success, with strong negotiation and persuasion skills. You should be comfortable making cold calls, emails, presenting to clients and closing the deals.
o Ambition
Candidates who are highly motivated and driven to succeed. You should be self-starters who are willing to put in time and efforts to achieve your sales goals.
o Adaptability
Candidates who can adapt quickly on changing circumstances and think on their feet. You should be able to handle objections from customers and adjust your sales approach as needed to close the deal.
o Customer Focus
Candidates who prioritize the needs and preferences of customers. You should be able to build strong relationships with clients and provide excellent sales experience.
Our locations
We offer onsite sales job. Our Head Office (and main factory) is in Thane, Mumbai. In summer 2023 we are opening a new Sales Office in Lower Parel, Mumbai. We are also looking for Area sales managers in all regions of India (remote).
