• Solely responsible for the achievement of sales and operational targets as decided by the management.
• Responsible for implementation of sales action plan.
• Responsible for increasing the client base and revenues in terms of Identification and development of new customers in Engineering Industry (Defense/DRDO/RCI/ISRO), speciality application users and end users in Industrial markets.
• Maintain pricing policy as per company's guideline
• Collaborating with the design, production, engineering, or research and development departments of the company to determine how products and services could be made or modified to suit the needs of the customer.
• Selling and consulting on technologically and scientifically advanced products.
• Using technical skills to demonstrate to potential customers the usefulness of the product or service and how it may suit the customer better than competing products.
• Conduct market survey and present the analysed data to management for further action.
• Ensure strong domain knowledge of products and services and maintain awareness of all promotions and marketing campaigns, communicating to clients in a responsive manner to ensure the effectiveness of campaigns and promotions.
• Keeping close watch on competitor sales strategy including price, product, application.
• Generating Demonstrated value records or testimonials for particular products sold in targeted segments
