Qualification: Must be /Diploma in Mechanical/ Chemical Engineering & should Have Minimum 2-4 years Sales Experience in Roots Blowers / mechanical Vacuum Boosters/ Vacuum Pumping systems / Diffusers / waste water Treatment equipment/ Pumps/ Valves Industries.

Candidate will be responsible for building business primarily to generate sales and achieve the sales target while managing prospective and existing dealers across India

Responsibilities: Must be able to lead 2-3 team member Can motivate the team Can make strategies To achieve goals and target Can work closely with team Candidate must have good communication skills Open to client visit Help to enhance sales

Growth Accountability: Achievement of annual budgeted sales Responsible for supporting Sales Coordinator for maintaining database, update DSR timely Responsible for generating repeat orders from existing clients in case of Direct Sales Responsible for maintaining daily, weekly, monthly reports as assigned Can make monthly plan for team Authority: PJP for month to be shared for all territory with Director, Visits can be planned as business exigency.
