Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Technical Sales Engineer to join our team. The role involves combining technical expertise with sales skills to provide solutions, grow the client base, and drive revenue.
Responsibilities:
Sales & Client Management: Identify and develop new business opportunities in B2B and B2C markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their technical requirements.
Technical Support: Offer technical advice and support to customers during and after the sales process.
Collaborate with the engineering team to develop customized solutions for complex requirements.
Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
Provide feedback to the product development team for improvements and innovations.
Sales Targets & Reporting: Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets within the specified time frame.
Prepare and maintain sales reports, forecasts, and other documentation.
Coordination: Work closely with internal teams, including design, operations, and after-sales, to ensure customer satisfaction.
Participate in technical training, trade shows, and industry events to enhance knowledge and network.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or related fields) or equivalent technical background.
Experience: 0 - 5 years in technical sales or a related field (freshers with strong potential are welcome).
