• Determine potential business growth opportunities at Hospitals, Clinics, and Nursing Homes.
• Develop good relationship with the customers and partners.
• Implement new business development strategies to maximize profit and sales.
• Provide customer satisfaction through negotiation.
• Implement operational changes with proper planning and strategy.
• Understand the need and preference of the customer and ensure that they are fulfilled.
• Meeting the customers and brief them with the policies and procedures of the company.
• Develop new business strategies according to the law and legal procedures.
• Memorizing technical product specifications and keeping up-to-date with new company products as well as industry trends.
• Attending conferences, lectures, seminars, and workshops to improve your skills and knowledge.
• Conducting market research and obtaining feedback from clients to improve existing products
Desired Candidate Profile
• Diploma / Bachelor in Biomedical/Electronics/Electrical/Telecom/Mechanical Engineering.
• /BBA Graduates with relevant related experience will also be considered
• 2 to 3 years of experience of sales and marketing in relevant business is preferred.
• Fresh engineering graduates with flair for sales/marketing will also be considered.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Travel within the allocated areas.
• Excellent time Management skills.
• Two wheeler with valid driving license is necessary.
