Determine potential business growth opportunities at Hospitals, Clinics, and Nursing Homes.
Develop good relationship with the customers and partners.
Implement new business development strategies to maximize profit and sales.
Provide customer satisfaction through negotiation.
Implement operational changes with proper planning and strategy.
Understand the need and preference of the customer and ensure that they are fulfilled.
Meeting the customers and brief them with the policies and procedures of the company.
Develop new business strategies according to the law and legal procedures.
Memorizing technical product specifications and keeping up-to-date with new company products as well as industry trends.
Attending conferences, lectures, seminars, and workshops to improve your skills and knowledge.
Conducting market research and obtaining feedback from clients to improve existing products
Desired Candidate Profile
Diploma / Bachelor in Biomedical/Electronics/Electrical/Telecom/Mechanical Engineering.
/BBA Graduates with relevant related experience will also be considered
2 to 3 years of experience of sales and marketing in relevant business is preferred.
Fresh engineering graduates with flair for sales/marketing will also be considered.
Excellent communication skills.
Travel within the allocated areas.
Excellent time Management skills.
Two wheeler with valid driving license is necessary.
