Job Description

Job Title: Technical Sales Engineer

National Aircon is currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Technical Sales Engineer to join our team. As a Technical Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in identifying new clients and promoting our HVAC products and services, with a primary focus on Daikin products. Your expertise in selling complex solutions, backed by your technical knowledge, will be vital in understanding customer requirements and demonstrating how our products meet their needs.

Responsibilities:

Prospect for New Clients: Conduct research and identify potential clients who require HVAC products. Reach out to these leads and introduce them to Daikin products and services. Maximize client potential by building strong relationships and understanding their unique requirements.

Technical Expertise: Sell complex solutions that demand specialist technical knowledge and in-depth product understanding. Demonstrate proficiency in technical specifications and the ability to address customer needs with regards to product modifications.

Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients. Effectively manage and interpret their requirements, offering technical presentations and showcasing how our products align with their needs. Persuade clients that our products or services are the best solution in terms of quality, price, and delivery.

Contract Negotiations: Negotiate tender and contract terms and conditions in a manner that satisfies both the client and the company's interests. Analyze costs and sales data to ensure optimal outcomes.

Pre-Sales Technical Support: Provide technical assistance and product education to potential clients during the pre-sales phase. Address their inquiries and concerns, guiding them towards the most suitable products or services.
