2) Quotation Tracking/follow-up

3) Non-standard enquiry, Pricing of Non-standard sizes.

4) To handle customer complaint (CRA).

5) PO Checking of Spl & STD .

6) Technical support to Customer, Mktg. Branch offices & Dealers.
