Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Sales Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a technical background and an interest in sales, customer engagement, and business development. This role involves understanding customer needs, presenting our solutions, and providing support to clients in coordination with consultants, architects, and project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop an in-depth understanding of our products and their applications.

Identify and approach MEP, HVAC, ELV, and Fire consultants, as well as end-users in data centers, IT parks, hospitals, and critical infrastructure projects.

Provide technical presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions to customers.

Work closely with the sales and technical teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and tenders.

Assist customers in selecting the right products and solutions based on their requirements.

Follow up with leads and inquiries, ensuring timely response and customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with internal teams to address technical queries and provide after-sales support.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market developments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Good communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.

Interest in sales, business development, and customer relationship management.

Ability to travel for client meetings, site visits, and exhibitions when required.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is desirable.
