Key Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and troubleshoot note sorting/counting machines, multifunctional printers, shredders, laminators, and binding machines.

Perform preventive maintenance to ensure smooth equipment operation.

Provide technical support and training to clients on proper machine usage.

Diagnose and repair faults, ensuring minimal downtime.

Maintain service records and prepare reports for technical analysis.

Work closely with the sales and support teams to enhance customer satisfaction.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Education: Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or Telecommunications Engineering.

Technical Skills: Strong problem-solving ability and knowledge of circuit diagrams & mechanical systems.

Communication: Ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.

Flexibility: Willingness to travel for on-site maintenance and support.

Experience: Fresher with relevant qualifications are encouraged to apply!
