Roles and Responsibilities

Hands on working with Job Portals like LinkedIn, +Dice, Monster and Indeed and
social media Platforms and Posting advertisements in Various job portals.
Knowledge of visa classification Terms, Rules & Policies H1B, OPT, Stem OPT, H4 EAD and TN Visa
Extensive experience on getting H1B Transfers
Handling the complete recruitment, Sourcing, screening,
follow up, maintain tracker, salary negotiation.
Should have complete knowledge on the hot technologies in the market.
Should be able to interact with the team and managers.
Screening the resumes and maintain separate database and Following up with candidates
Must have hands and team handling experience in hiring of
OPT/ CPT/ L2/ TN/ EAD, and Green Card candidates for placements.
Good in sourcing and pre screening the candidates against a specific requirement
Good Knowledge on H1 Transfers, Knowledge of Employment Type W2, Corp to Corp, 1099
