Recruiter will be mainly focused on finding, Candidates, be it on Job Boards or any other sources etc. for end to end sourcing needs in IT/Non IT requirements for our US/Canadian clientele.

The position will require strong knowledge and experience in reading and understanding of job openings, resume screening, profile qualifying, title hierarchy, industry segments, and finding matching candidates, contacts, resumes, profiles, companies etc.

The position will be working closely with the Customers/Clients, in order to obtain feedback to direct the research approach in right direction to find/source best candidates/talents and submit the resumes to the customary databases/CRMs etc.
