Ascent Solutions is looking for a talented and highly motivated IT Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist with 1-3 years of experience. Should be a independent player

,self-driven and can support with minimal supervision.

Our ideal candidate must have creative sourcing strategies and be able to develop a pipeline of potential candidates through various sourcing techniques (including but not limited to networking, user-groups, professional affiliations, cold calling, job postings, job boards, Boolean searches and resume mining).

The job responsibilities include

1. Analyze and respond to client hiring needs to deliver high quality talent in a timely manner

2. Search, manage, build resource pool using job boards, recruiter groups, social networking etc.

3. Identify and prescreen resumes, skills matching, resume reviews

4. Candidate interaction, pre-screen, availability, interest etc.

5. Apply superb negotiation capabilities in closing deals

6. Arranging interviews, coordination etc.

7. Remain up-to-date on new developments in the IT sector

Location: Lakdikapul, Hyd (Near Mahaveer Hospital)

Onsite work but as of now remote till Covid 19 situation improves.

Salary: DOE

Qualification: Any Graduate
