• Recruiters in this role get to:
• Be the Expert: * Full life-cycle recruiting experience - understanding the job descriptions, sourcing, screening and qualifying the right candidates, negotiating and closing offers. Source candidates using Internet-based sourcing techniques: job boards, search engines, social networking tools etc. Conduct professional assessment and verification for skills, experience, availability, compensation, willingness to travel/relocate and overall suitability for the position. Prepare submission documents for each shortlisted candidate and schedule interviews.
• Be the Point of Contact: * Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process. Form strong relationships with past applicants and passive candidates for future opportunities.
• Stay Ahead: * Creating and Maintaining strong Database of candidates across all verticals and domains.
Our most successful candidates will have:
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Human Resource Management OR relevant field
• 0-3 years of experience as a Sourcing Specialist, Agency or In-house recruiter or similar role - recruiting WAH/remote candidates is a major plus!!
• Experience in screening and evaluating candidates through various methods (phone interviewing, writing assessments etc.)
• Familiarity with job portals such as Indeed, LinkedIn, monster and zip Recuiter.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (particularly business email writing knowledge)
• Excellent technical proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Good time management skills with ability to handle various open positions simultaneously
