Responsibilities

Discussion with business users and respective stakeholder to finalize the requirement and product backlog

Road map planning for upcoming releases.

Architecture layout and review with Infra and product teams

Collaborating with the software engineers and other team members to establish objectives and craft more functional, cohesive codes to improve the user experience.

Developing ideas for new programs, products, or features by supervising industry developments and trends.

Taking lead on projects, as needed

Experience working in calculating effort estimation, project and resource planning for the engagement.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent

Strong program management skills

Experience working with offshore teams.

Stakeholder management and Vendor management

Ability to drive cross-functional teams

Able to generate key data insights and gaps

Understand existing dashboards and provide insightful recommendations

Preferred Experience

Experience working of web-based portals and applications

Aware of the modern-day architecture and technologies used in web development

Have good understanding of Agile methodology

You have proven experience in Program Management

You have proven stakeholder management skills

You have thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods with expertise in Dashboard creation and reports generation
