We have an urgent opening for Technical Project Manager to join our team of Spacecode India Private Limited.

Experience: 5-7 years

Working Hours: 10:00 am to 06:00 pm (Monday to Friday)

Location: Surat (Remote work option anywhere from india)

Roles and Responsibilities:

Analyze and understand Project Requirements,

Build a team and conduct project meetings to communicate individual roles and project expectations.

Create high level Software Architecture for Project,

Database Design,

Manage Project in Agile Development methodology backlog, Sprint planning, deployment etc.,

Create and execute project roadmap based on task priorities, timelines and release targets,

Having strong understanding of cloud server,

Lead Technical team of Node, React and Android,

Code review, Solution Architecture and Build/Release Management,

Review performance of team members,

Implement DevOps strategies,

Maintain Project time frames and Status Reporting,

Critical Tasks Management,

Work Environment balance,

Discover new technologies, provide solutions and develop best practices that drives continues improvement,

Interaction with Overseas clients.

Skills Required:

Minimum 5+ years of hands on software development experience with Web Application, Mobile Application and Software as a Service.

At least 2+ years of experience as a Project Lead.

Project management Techniques

Solid understanding of Software Testing Practices.

Proficiency in Word, PPT and Excel.

Skills in Project Management tools such as Jira, Trello, etc.

Problem solver with technical aptitude, who takes a resourceful, analytical and creative approach to drive project.

Good Communication Skills,

Mentorship of technical team members and encourage them to explore and embrace new solutions.

Remote team management skills.

Job Type: Full time

Schedule: Day shift (Monday to Friday)

Salary: 10 Lacs+ (depends on knowledge and experience))
