Technical Product Manager
Basic Must Have Skills:

Technical Background: A deep understanding of software development, including knowledge of APIs, data or SDKs.
Experience: 6+ years as a product manager, or similar role, ideally in SaaS.
Programme Management: A strong track record of managing complex, fast-paced projects with defined outputs and deadlines.
Customer-Centric: A passion for solving real customer problems, understanding needs and validating assumptions to reduce waste.
AI Interests: You should have a real interest in Generative AI.
Constraint Remover: Passionate about identifying constraints or blockers and removing them quickly.
Attention to Detail: A methodical approach to problem-solving, identifying edge cases and ensuring we avoid wasting resources.
Agile Experience: Good experience with Agile frameworks and backlog management.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
Customer Needs & Problems Understanding
Conduct discovery sessions, gather feedback, analyse product data, and review support tickets to understand customer needs.
Ensure we are investing into the right opportunities and avoid waste, based on the company’s target product outcomes and strategic bets.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure we have the correct level of information to make confident investments in the product.
Work closely with design to test ideas through prototypes, customer testing, or feedback when necessary so to reduce risks in wasted product investments.
Team Support, Backlog, Programme Management & Release Management
Manage fast-paced, sometimes complex programmes with defined outputs and timelines, ensuring the product meets business needs and user expectations.
