Job Description:

• understand Requirements, Lead Technical Decisions, Estimate Effort and Duration

• lead and Mentor Team of Developers and Testers Through Implementation

• manage Project in An Agile Development Methodology – Backlog, Sprint Planning, Deployments Etc.

• work with Various External Teams such as Operations, Qa, Business, Etc. Through the Lifecycle

• present Project Status to Internal and External Stakeholders

• ensure the Quality of the Deliverable Meet the Pre-defined Standards

desired Skills:

• minimum 3+ Years of Experience in Leading and Mentoring Team

• 2+ Years of Experience in Working Directly with Agile Methodologies like Scrum

• ability to Manage Multiple Projects Concurrently

• ability to Learn New Technologies and Adapt as Technology Landscape Changes

• great Analytic Skills and Keen Eye for Spotting Data Trends

• excellent Communication and Soft Skills
