product development. 

 Strong exposure and hands on experience in Spring boot and microservices based

architecture development. 

 Experience to database, SQL/No SQL and JDBC and JPA. 

 Exposure to CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Ansible, Atlassian Suite, Git. 

 A Technologist who can lead 20+ member highly motivated and high-performance

team. 

 Propose technical solutions for meeting business needs and identify areas of

improvement within the application. 

 Good at analytical and problem solving with go getter attitude. 

 Strong in written and verbal communications with experience in handling distributed

agile teams. 

 Develop technical design documents with developers and guide them on the

solution approach. 

 Work as servant leader for project and agile management to lead the team for

completing the work items on time and world-class quality standards. 

 Lead the developers and testers to deliver high-quality code and leverage best

practices for code development. 

 Perform peer review of the code and sanity check for code quality. 

 Conduct agile ceremonies with the team. 

 Assist in developing the application and allocate stories tasks appropriately to all

team members. 

 Develop an implementation plan for the release. 

 Good at managing stakeholders, within and outside organisations.
