Exposure to CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Ansible, Atlassian Suite, Git. 

A Technologist who can lead 20+ member highly motivated and high-performance

team. 

Propose technical solutions for meeting business needs and identify areas of

improvement within the application. 

Good at analytical and problem solving with go getter attitude. 

Strong in written and verbal communications with experience in handling distributed

agile teams. 

Develop technical design documents with developers and guide them on the

solution approach. 

Work as servant leader for project and agile management to lead the team for

completing the work items on time and world-class quality standards. 

Lead the developers and testers to deliver high-quality code and leverage best

practices for code development. 

Perform peer review of the code and sanity check for code quality. 

Conduct agile ceremonies with the team. 

Assist in developing the application and allocate stories tasks appropriately to all

team members. 

Develop an implementation plan for the release. 

Good at managing stakeholders, within and outside organisations.
