Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end program management for critical project initiatives, from conceptualization to delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical roadmaps.
- Evaluate business needs and develop/establish Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) & project metrics
- Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans, timelines, and milestones, and communicate progress, risks, and mitigation strategies to stakeholders at all levels.
- Collaborate with engineering teams and stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and technical specifications, ensuring a clear understanding of goals and success criteria.
- Work closely with stakeholders to translate high-level business requirements into actionable technical tasks, and facilitate prioritization and trade-off discussions with Engineering Leads
- Champion Agile and methodologies, promoting continuous improvement and best practices across the Engineering team.
- Drive cross-team collaboration and foster a culture of open communication and knowledge sharing
- Identify and mitigate risks and dependencies across projects, proactively addressing issues to minimize impact on timelines and deliverables.
- Act as a liaison and primary point of contact between the scrum team(s) and product management, product development and other stakeholder teams.
- Conduct post-mortem reviews to assess program performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement lessons learned in future initiatives
- Identify potential opportunities for process improvement and report automation
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience with at least 2 years in Technical Program Management role, leading and delivering complex software projects in a fast-paced software development environment.

- Bachelor's or master's degree in IT
