Responsibilities
1. Work with customers / Product Managers to understand requirements, identify gaps and work with them to address those gaps.
2. Converting customer-focused scenarios and requirements to solutions & DOCUMENT FUNCTIONAL SPECIFICATIONS.
3. Define roadmap to continuously enhance CX.
4. Manage Dev. Team & Stakeholders.
5. Work closely with engineers, internal partners, and stakeholders to gather and prioritize scenario requirements, scope projects and align delivery of scenarios per external commitments.
6. Define and deliver on feature vision and roadmap
7. Drive technical conversations with internal partners to ensure the workflow tool to have the best possible customer experience
Requirements
1. 8+ years of experience in Technical Product Management Role in the software industry.
2. Strong exp. in Agile Project Management & US Healthcare domain knowledge.
3. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or similar engineering discipline, OR equivalent industry experience.
4. Ability to define customer-focused scenarios, author detailed functional specifications and work with internal and external partner teams to ensure that scenarios are delivered end-to-end.
5. Experience partnering with engineering teams on technical design and delivery of enterprise software or solutions, cloud service, distributed systems or software platforms.
6. Strong analytical skills, combined with a strategic orientation, as well as an aptitude for solving complex business problems.
Preferred:
7. Previous experience in working with product development companies in a Technical Alliance role.
8. Ability to collaborate and influence effectively across a broad set of internal and external stakeholders.
9. Demonstrated excellence in verbal and written communication.
10. Experience defining roadmap and go-to-market plans for enterprise-targeted product.
