Role Definition: Manager – Technical and Operations who is responsible for overall activities and
report to the Company-Director
Key Role Responsibilities:
- All types of audits and renewals like Nadcap, NABL, ISO and DGQA, etc… -
- Payments and coordination with Auditors - exclusive Follow with customers
- Scheduling Review meetings, Strategic growth meetings, accountability and action meetings
- ERP updates and continuous monitoring
- Customer Complaints
- NDT Training, certification and documentations of PNECPL Employees
- Leading the small NDT group
- TPE and Annual Vision Examination
- Supervising day-to-day operations of the administrative department and Team leaders
- Hiring, training, and evaluating employees, taking corrective action when necessary.
- Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
- Ensuring office is stocked with necessary supplies and all equipment is working and properly
maintained.
- Working with accounting and management team to set budgets, monitor spending, and
processing payroll and other expenses.
- Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events, including meetings, conferences,
interviews, orientations, and training sessions.
- Collecting, organizing, and storing information using computers and filing systems.
- Overseeing special projects and tracking progress towards company goals.
- Building new and expanding existing skills by engaging in educational opportunities.
- Radiographic Film Interpretation
- Calibration and documentations
- Customers mail reply
- Plan for and keep track of multiple projects and deadlines.
- And any other responsibilities assigned by the Director of Company
