ï‚· Makes telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers.
ï‚· Researches sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential.
ï‚· Develops clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.
ï‚· Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
 Identifies advantages and compares organization’s products/services.
ï‚· Plans and organizes personal sales strategy by maximizing the Return on Time Investment for the territory/segment.
ï‚· Supplies management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
ï‚· Advertising and promotional trends through the reading of pertinent literature and consulting with marketing and technical service areas.
 To visit the sites and guide the customers and provide the solutions as per customer’s requirements.
ï‚· Collection of outstanding payments.
ï‚· Handling Promotional activities like Exhibitions, seminars, trials at the customer level, etc.
ï‚· Follow up for technical clearance & product approval/Specification with consultants/customers.
ï‚· Product presentation, provide Technical Assistance, Application Support and Solutions to Customer.
ï‚· To build and maintain relationships with clients, distributors, applicators, contractors.
