Key Role Deliverables
Data Analysis:
Auditing vendor-performed cases and conducting vendor reviews
Receiving the vendor's valuation report should be examined, and a summary report sent to the reporting RTM
Conducting analysis should be the identification of the relevant property, risk, etc
Data Documentation:
Updating details of the valuation report to Varthana Software which will be submitted by the Valuation agency impaneled with us, post approval from your reporting manager
Maintaining vendor bill management and processing, and vendor empanelment
Maintaining MIS of all the cases initiated from your branches and tracking the same with the valuer
Relationship Management:
Coordinating with other branches to check pending reports and completing the same in our software
Initiating technical valuations to vendors and coordinating with vendors to obtain the valuation report
Preferred Prole
Minimum Education Qualification: Diploma / Graduation in Civil Engineering from a reputed institution
5 - 6 years of experience in Immovable Property Valuation
Team player and motivate the team members to achieve the goals
Strong Interpersonal and leadership skills
Computer knowledge in Word and Excel is required
Inuential Communication Skills
Understanding of technical & portfolio risk
Self-motivated, passionate about the domain, eager to learn new things, and takes the initiative & challenges
Willingness and ability to travel within the region
