We have an excellent opportunity for “Engineering Manager” with one of our esteemed client which is a leading Kids Coding Platform where kids are taught to code online by experts. Please find the details below.

Position: Engineering Manager (Permanent, Full Time)

Work Location: Bangalore

Experience: 7 – 14 years

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead a small group of highly talented engineers to build platform components to power various micro services.

• Responsible for end-to-end architecture of Platform. Leads High- & Low-level design of critical components.

• Mentor other Senior & Lead engineers

Ideal candidate has:

• More than 7 years of Hands on experience building end to end critical applications

• Good experience of Product/Business and handling teams

• Experience with any of the following languages like Java / Nodejs / Python

• Expertise in micro service / Data modelling / AWS / Messaging

• Expertise in building scalable & reliable systems

• Good Experience in working with technologies like AWS, Redis,

• Experience in messaging systems like SQS/RabbitMq

• Good knowledge of caching, Databases, distributed systems.

• Strong problem solving and analytical skills

Good to Have

• Minimum 5 Years of experience in startups

• Good startups which has seen scale (Million+ users) - Preferable

• Flipkart/Swiggy/Dunzo/Zomato/Ola (3+years of experience)

Qualification:

Engineering graduates from Tier I or II institutes.
