specifications based on the business requirements provided by architects and business analysts. The primary responsibility

includes simplifying complex business problems. The Tech Lead will also effectively manage differently-skilled junior developers

and drive them towards achieving a common objective. You'll work closely with a diverse group of people coming from both

leading MNCs such as McKinsey, BCG, KPMG, Deloitte, EY, and startups such as Byju's, Paytm etc. to establish, nurture, and grow

What will you do:

• Convert architecture into comprehensive designs to meet functional and non-functional requirements

• Lead and mentor junior developers

• Work on critical implementation assignments while providing technical leadership to the team

Adopt and enforce coding standards, conduct regular code reviews and make sure the team members are educated on

the coding standards

• Recognize application deficiencies and implement effective solutions promptly

• Assume responsibility for the quality of the deliverables and effectively manage project releases

• Collaborate with quality assurance teams

• Assist architects, project managers, and business analysts in managing client relationships and stakeholders successfully

• Implement automated continuous delivery and deployment

EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONS

What will you need:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with 6-10 years of experience. Team Handling experience is must.

• Experience working with NodeJS based frameworks like Express JS

• Thorough understanding of and its core principles

• Should be well versed with design first approach and design patterns
