Technical Lead Job Description:

• Advanced to expert coding skills

• Experience in working in both front end frameworks and backend frameworks ( MEAN stack/MERN stack). ( MySQL, MongoDB, HTML, CSS , Angular , JS frameworks )

• Good problem-solving skills.

• Well versed with the latest technologies and experience in developing products as per industry standards.

• Strong understanding of the functionality

• Prior experience of working in video streaming services API ( Vimeo, AWS S3, GCP )

• Prior experience of working/monitoring Mobile App development along with handling backend systems

• Exposure to working on cloud-based technologies and minimum experience in handling servers and back end architecture

• Actively Seek New Programming Knowledge.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Work as an individual contributor as well as a team leader to drive the development.

• Strategizing technologies that need to be used on a project based on project requirements.

• Estimation of deadlines for completion of work and working towards achieving them.

• Lead a team of developers, managing and mentoring their work while ensuring project deadlines and quality standards are maintained. Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering from a Tier-I/Tier-II college.

• Minimum experience of 4 years
