Tech Lead – Angular

Experience Required: 7 to 10 years

Skills:

1) Minimum 7 years of experience.

2) Expert with at least +4 years of recent experience in Angular 2 or above (Angular 4, 5, 6) framework.

3) Should have team leading experience.

4) 2-3 years of relevant industry experience and proficiency with HTML, CSS and JavaScript with modern JavaScript frameworks.

5) Advanced knowledge and relevant industry experience in building complex enterprise products.

6) Experience writing unit tests and other UI automated tests with various test frameworks is a plus.

7) Some experience and interest in UI Design and UX concepts.

Responsibilities:

1) Leading the development team through the software life cycle to deliver systems and applications.

2) Gathering and evaluating client feedback.

3) Providing code documentation and other inputs to technical documents.

4) Supporting continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and new technologies and presenting these for architectural review.

5) Troubleshooting and debugging to optimize performance.

6) Maximizing system performance through proactive monitoring and ensuring reliability and availability.

7) Managing team and driving initiatives among team members for continuous improvement.
