You are responsible for recruiting and hiring IT engineers for the US location. This includes sourcing, interviewing, and on-boarding talented and top quality candidates. You are expected to meet the hiring goals by filling open positions with talented and qualified candidates.
Recruiters
• Source and recruit the best IT Engineers (pipeline) to assure sufficient qualified pipeline is maintained for the resource team
• Ability to qualify and submit IT candidates from various job boards and network around
• Conduct interviews on behalf of US Clients
• Work with HR to ensure compliance with all US Federal laws and regulations
• Assist HR in on boarding process of candidates
• Other duties as assigned by Management.
Qualifications:
• Any graduate in Marketing, Sales, Psychology, HR, Computer Science or MBA or BE/ .
• 2+ year’s Experience in the IT recruiting
• Knowledge in various IT Software tools, languages and databases
• Strong Written and Verbal Communication.
• Familiarity with resource management
• Usage of Applicant Tracing tools
