Responsibilities:
§ Give the telephonic support to customer. If problem was not solved then go to the site.
§ If any quality in product quality then inform Quality department.
§ Support to junior engineer if problem on site.
§ Visit to customer, for solving the customer problem.
§ Resolve the problem in specific time limit if problem not solved with the help of higher authority person.
