Job Description:

Role and Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience.

• Write easy-to-understand user interface text, online help, Wiki, User Manuals, Installation Guides, Datasheets, Technical Whitepapers, developer guides, Troubleshooting, Training Manuals.

• Standardize content across platforms and media.

• Candidate should be self-motivated and able to work well independently.

• Excellent written and verbal skills.

• Must be an expert user of Microsoft Office including MS Visio.

• Deliver high quality documentation.

• Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text.

• Participate in peer reviews for own and other's work.

• Create API documents, Functional Specifications (not mandatory), FAQ.

• Coordinate and communicate effectively with stakeholders

• Explore new technology and feature

• Developing specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work.
