Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Sr. Technical Writer to create clear and comprehensive documentation for our technical products. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to engage with clients on calls. This role involves translating complex technical information into user-friendly documentation, ensuring accuracy and coherence. Additionally, the candidate should be comfortable participating in client calls to gather insights and address queries.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain product documentation, including user guides, API documentation, and technical manuals.

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and ensure accuracy in documentation.

3. Engage with clients on calls to understand their needs, address queries, and gather feedback for documentation improvement.

4. Translate technical concepts into easily understandable and actionable documentation.

5. Keep documentation up-to-date with product changes and enhancements.

6. Work closely with product managers, developers, and support teams to ensure alignment between documentation and product features.

7. Contribute to the improvement of documentation processes and standards.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Product/Technical Documentation Writer.

2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

3. Ability to engage with clients on calls and address their concerns effectively.

4. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

5. Familiarity with technical concepts and the ability to simplify complex information.

6. Proficiency in documentation tools.
