As a digital media company, content team becomes an instrumental part for us in managing the company’s content-related assets. It always helps us to deliver the right things to our audience though our web properties.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Technical Content Creator who must have an ability to develop technical content that provokes engagement. The role will involve regular publishing contents including website, social media posts, and blog.

ROLES RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage content distribution to online channels and social media platforms to increase web traffic reach.

• Provide editorial and creative support to team members.

• Ensure that content contains sufficient keywords for search engine optimization.

• Write fresh content based on research and brainstorming by following the instructions provided for each type of document.

• Communicate with product team, developers, and other stakeholders to understand product details.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Technical Content Writer.

• Good command over English (US) language and grammar.

• Educational Qualification: Graduation in Journalism / English.

• Have a basic understanding of common Web analytics metrics, combined with regular use of the analytics dashboard and monitoring of trends over time.

• Experience working with product and UI designers and writing UI text.

• Knowledge of social media handling, content marketing and should be proficient in SEO writing.
