Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and pain points, and translate them into technical specifications

Design and implement technology solutions to automate business processes and improve operational efficiency

Collaborate with development teams to ensure that the technical solutions meet the business requirements

Conduct functional and technical testing to ensure that the system is functioning as expected

Provide end-user training and support to ensure that the system is being used effectively

Develop and maintain documentation of system functionality, technical specifications, and user manuals.

Participate in project planning and project management activities as required

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure that the technology solutions are relevant and effective
