Spectra Technovision (I) Pvt. Ltd. is an OEM and leading provider of innovative solutions in Time Attendance Management and Access Control systems. We are actively seeking a dedicated Technical Associate to join our Customer Success Department, based in Bangalore, Gurgaon and Ahmedabad location. As a Technical Associate, you will be responsible for software implementation and post-sales software support, ensuring our clients receive the highest level of service.
Key Responsibilities:
-Software Implementation: Collaborate with customers to understand their unique requirements and implement our Attendance Management and Access Control software solutions accordingly. Configure the software to meet specific customer needs and ensure successful deployments.
-Customer Training: Conduct training sessions for customers to familiarize them with the software's features and functionalities. Provide ongoing support and guidance to help clients make the most of our solutions.
-Technical Support: Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and technical issues related to the software. Respond to queries promptly and effectively, providing solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
-Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve software-related issues reported by customers. When necessary, escalate complex issues to senior technical teams while maintaining open communication with the customer.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science {BSc or BE or MCA] from an accredited institution.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in software support, software implementation, or related technical support roles.
- Proficiency in software troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Basic knowledge of SQL/Oracle Database, including the ability to write basic SQL queries to troubleshoot errors.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
