1. Any Undergraduates - having 2yrs of relevant BPO voice experience are eligible.

Graduates/PG - having 1yr of BPO voice experience are eligible.

2. Candidate must have excellent vocal communication .

3. Should have basic technical understanding , maintaining cordial customer relationship.

4. Should be able to handle concerns & queries efficiently & provide customer satisfaction .

5. Excellent opportunity to earn incentives .

6. Designation : Customer service representative/ Snr. customer service representative.

Working days : 5 days, 2 week-offs.
