Job Description

K9HR SOLUTIONS IS LOOKING FOR TECHNICAL ASSISTANAT WHO HAS SUPPOSED TO

1. Technical Expertise:*

- Possess knowledge of *IS 694, IS 1554, and IS 7098* standards.

- Stay updated on industry regulations and technical specifications related to cables.

2. *Customer & Sales Support:*

- Resolve *technical queries* from customers and the sales team efficiently.

- Provide technical guidance and clarification on product specifications and applications.

3. *Documentation & ERP Management:*

- Prepare *technical datasheets* and bill of materials (BOM) for cables.

- Accurately maintain and update records in the *ERP (Capbro) system*.

4. *Data Management:*

- Utilize *Microsoft Excel* for data entry, analysis, and reporting.

- Generate reports and maintain organized technical documentation.

### *Skills & Qualifications:*

- Strong understanding of *cable standards and specifications*.

- Proficiency in *ERP systems* (Capbro preferred).

- Basic to intermediate skills in *Microsoft Excel*.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
