JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide constant administration support like answering and transferring calls and providing data entry.

Resolve customer problem daily.

Handling incoming correspondence, including emails, faxes and mails.

Track office inventory like managing vendor contracts, coordinating deliveries and ordering supplies.

Assist and support technician to repair electronics products and items.

Collect payment services for technical services provided.

Conduct industry specific research, organize files and draft supporting documents for conferences and meetings.

Create reports, maintain records and documents paperwork, including inventory logs, delivery records, time sheets and various agreements and contracts.

Prepare correspondence to delegate technical tasks to other employees.

Provide efficient assistance to internal and external customers.

Liaison between different departments to relay business-related information.

REQUIREMENTS:

Proficient computer skills.

Excellent organizational skills

Excellent communication skills.

Ability to multitask.
