Job Description

As a Technical Application Specialist you are a member of the IT Team. This team is responsible for the implementation, development and maintenance of all IT related systems within company . You will also play an active role in this. In addition, with your specific knowledge you will be the driving force in setting up Azure Cloud systems, both for our international customers and for our employees in the Netherlands and Malaysia. Think of interfaces with our spreaders and other software or hardware on the Cloud environment, but also custom web portals and user or BI functionality. In addition, you are able to work on scripts within various software applications such as Isah (ERP system) and Autodesk Inventor (CAD) to automate process steps. Knowledge of the operation of databases: SQL, stored procedures and triggers are indispensable in your work. The development and implementation of MS PowerApps and MS Power BI is also part of your tasks.

Familiar with Microsoft environment, especially on

MS 365

MS SQL

MS Azure, especially on AzureSQL

Azure Web App

Azure Service Bus

MS PowerApps

MS Power Automate

Power BI

Knowledge and experience in Microsoft Visual Studio C# Development in Web Application, MVC, .NET Core, Web API.

Knowledge and experience in Mobile Development with Microsoft PowerApps, Microsoft Power Automate, SQL Server, Azure SQL is a major advantage.

Knowledge and experience in SharePoint, or ERP databases is an additional advantage.

Programming skill :

.Net Core

VBA

Visual Basic language

Special :

Knowledge on API to connect different applications

Integrate with REST JSON API

Passion in programming and strong problem-solving skills.

Self-motivated, team work, fast learner, able to work with minimum supervision.

Experience on linking desktop application like ERP-system (SQL-database, Isah) to PDM-system or CAD-software (Autodesk Inventor) . In case experience in developing Microsoft PowerApps, the person has a plus.
