*Responsibilities and Duties*

* Provide technical information to international customers through phone

* Providing technical support related to any of the product lines like computers, laptops, Operating System, browser, email, chat, anti-virus, firewall, router, printer, Kindle, Roku, Office applications, Google Apps.

* Skills/Experience Required

* Ability to develop effective working relationships with the costumer.

* Should have experience to providing the technical support to the international customers.

* Fluent business English (spoken and written) language skills.

* Ability to bring analytical solution to problematic areas.

* An excellent attention to detail.

* Always ready to work in a team & independently

* Perfect English communication skills

* Should be comfortable in night shifts.
