we are Looking for a Young Dynamic Technical Support Person. this is a High Profile Customer Handling Technical Role, to Find Solutions to Technical & Delivery Issues Faced By Customers with Our Products and Help Them Work Through all Technical & other Difficulties. this Position Requires to Work During the North American Eastern Standard Time Working Hours. Excellent English Communication Skills with International Call Center Experience is a Must.
responsibilities and Duties
answering Any Computer Related Technical Queries, Issues or Support Calls from the Customers. Giving Very Clear and Precise Instructions to Customers to Resolve Any Hardware or Software Issues. Also, Handle Any Order Related Customer Queries
identify the Issue, that the Customer is Facing in a Prompt Manner and Assist Them for Resolution. Able to Create Related Materials or Technical Manuals or Instructions to Build Customer Support Knowledge Base.

required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
1 Year of Experience in Desktop & Laptop or Help Desk Support in a Business Set Up is a Must.
perform Remote Troubleshooting Through Diagnostic Techniques and Pertinent Questions.
basic Laptop and Desktop Hardware Troubleshooting are Necessary.
strong Technical Aptitude, Ability and Troubleshooting Skills.
excellent Knowledge of New Technology Products.
experience in Windows 7, Windows 10 and other Newer Any Operating System is Required.
