• Providing assistance, troubleshooting, clarifying, and closing customer queries/issues. Reporting and creating documentation that captures test data and results.

• Work closely with the engineering and laboratory teams to analyze and identify the root cause of the issues, as well as provide supporting documentation.

• Prepare laboratory and testing materials/equipment required to support remote customers/distributors, as well as research and clinical site activities.

• Internal real-time stability testing, batch/lot analysis, and reporting are all supported.

• Travel to field customer sites and clinical study sites may be required.

• Responsibilities may change based on business needs.
